Horrible customer service, Company is not Ada compliant. Couldn’t go on the tour because the company did not disclose aspects of tour. Wouldn’t give a refund, would let us speak to the manager. Owner did not want to “deal” with guests. Employee called security because he didn’t like our tone. Security came and told them not to call again. Sketchy company with horrible customer service. Save your money and do something else more fun!

As stated on our website for the safety of our customers, to ride this attraction the policy requires that participants be under the required weight limit and over 20 years old. As we discussed you did not meet either of these requirements. We are able to give you store credit for a future use that will not expire. We did the 2 hour tour when we came to Monterey for a weekend and it was the best activity of our vacation BY FAR! Such a fun way to spend a sunny day exploring the coast and best spots of Monterey/Pacific Grove. Ditch your rental car, pack a picnic and take one of these cute little cars out for an hour or even a full day if you have the time. This is a must do if you're in the area. The guided tours are super helpful in learning about the history of Monterey as well :)

This was horrible! The cars were in such poor shape- the side mirrors were all broken, the seats were all torn up, the body of the actual cars were totally banged up. The girl there said that you didn’t really need seat belts or mirrors- “don’t worry about it “ the motor was so loud you could not hear the “tour “. The car was essentially a death trap- don’t know how they are allowed on the street

I would suggest before you quote somebody, you quote them correctly. I stated seatbelts are optional because they are considered a type of motorcycle and motorcycle show don't have seat belts but if you choose to wear them feel free." With the mirror you were the one who said it was a safety hazard, I offered to switched you to a different car after i told you "the mirrors are an accessory as you don't have no blind spots in the car." I still switched you cars. Martha
