Each tour is lead by an experienced Navajo guide, who is certified by the Navajo Nation Parks & Recreation Dept. and National Park Service. Each and everyone of our guides was born and raised in this Canyon De Chelly area, allowing them to gain a vast knowledge of its history to share with all our guests who visit this place we call home. As well as learning about the canyon's rich history, rock art sites and other archeological sites, you will hear stories and tales of life in the canyon and get a chance (time permitted and seasonal option) to visit our guide's families who still weave, farm, ranch, and continue to live a traditional Navajo lifestyle in this rural part of the southwest. Our second trip to Canyon de Chelly. We introduced our good friends to the canyon and to the stories of natives who live in the canyon. Our guide, Ben, was very forthcoming about his life and experiences. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history and geology of the canyon. It was a wonderful tour

James was an amazing guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. He made the canyon come alive with his stories and fascinated us with his culture. This jeep tour is a must when visiting the canyon.

The canyon was beautiful! Our tour guide Lyle was so informative and answered our questions very completely. He told us many Navajo stories. The White House ruin was incredible. We saw hundreds of petroglyphs! The weather happened to be gorgeous and the jeep ride was perfect. So glad we did the tour and highly recommend to others!
