Worst bus tour ever! Temperatures were -10 degrees (not their fault, of course) but they kept us sitting around upstairs for 25 minutes after the scheduled departure time before setting off. No reason. I had two small children with me, cold and bored. Then when we set off it became apparent there was no guide or commentary! The guy told us he could speak Spanish, but told us this through another passenger who acted as interpreter for us and several other disgruntled passengers. He had a poor attitude, laughed it off and didn’t seem to care. Another group of passengers demanded to be let off the bus as they too wanted the English commentary they payed for. I wish we had: the tour was boring with lots of uninteresting downtown streets. Nearly two hours later we finally got off the bus, frozen to the core! Never again. Please don’t book this!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Booked 20:30 tour with English guide/commentary. Got in bus early then sat there waiting for it to leave, almost half hour late as they tried to get more people on. No commentary at all, no English speaking staff. Lots of other annoyed passengers, around ten demanded to be let off after 10 mins as was a waste of time and money. Bus was filthy and in very poor condition.

This was a scam, we were in front of M & M World in NYC where we were told and this bus never came, Locals said it is a 2 mo old company doing these tours and not reputable at all. Very dissatisfying. I have disputed charge on my credit card. Beware
