Great tour, our tour guide Jim was full of knowledge and also had a sense of humour which we enjoyed. He catered for the children in the group with his humour and facts as well which us parents appreciated. We really loved the tour and highly recommend it to other families.

Thanks to our excellent tour guide Jim, we along with our 11 yr old grandson had the most informative tour of 911. We had a bit of a problem being misinformed by security at St. Paul's as to where to where our tour began. Called the number on our confirmation and was directed to the right spot within seconds. Again reached out to Viator during our tour to purchase tickets for admission to the 911 Museum. The rapidness to which our request was processed was exceptional. This was a day to remember. So thankful we booked through Viator.

A truly outstanding tour with Debbie. Just the right balance of information and reflection but with a typical New Yorkers perspective and dry humour. Informative and extremely enjoyable.
