Amazing tour guide, mat he was a wealth of knowledge with a true sense of passion. Good sense of humour. He managed to find an alternative route due to the rain which still enabled us to see all the sites

Our guide Jim was full of local Knowledge and gave a really personal Account of the devastation of 9/11 from a native New Yorker perspective. I feel we learnt things and saw sites we wouldnā€™t have done if we had visited this independently. The memorial in the American Express building in particular.

The tour went ahead with only 2 couples thankfully, because it was the best tour we did. Jim the tour guide was funny, obliging to our questions and very informative.
