My daughter & I really enjoyed the guided tour with Ryan. His insight as a native New Yorker was a bonus. We were in NYC 6 mos after 9/11 when the lights came on where the towers were and had visited Ground Zero then. It was wonderful to see the reconstruction and all the memorials to those people who lost their lives and the first responders. The museum was very well done and a moving experience!

Ryan was a great host during this walking tour. He pointed out many interesting facts and we gained a whole new aspect of what occured on that day in 2001.

My daughter (22) and I throughly enjoyed our tour with our guide, Nick, at the 9-11 memorial. Nick was clearly so passionate about our group having an authentic experience and you could tell he takes the tour very seriously. He was clearly so moved by the tragedy and conveyed that by telling us a personal story as well as several other incredibly poignant stories from that day. I highly recommend him as a 9-11 guide simply because he knows more about it than most and he makes sure you appreciate the significance and symbolism of the most intricate details of the memorial. He was also a great lead-in to the museum experience and took us right over to the entrance of the museum with no lines- well worth it! If you take this tour- make sure you request Nick!
