Our tour Guide Lindsey was amazing. She was well informed on the historical events and also had her own historical event that linked to the 911 episode. She was kind gentle well-informed and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend getting her as a guide

Not quite the tour we thought this would be. Hal (our guide) started off informing us of the tragic events that morning on 9/11 but then we were escorted into a shopping mall where we spent at least 1 hour learning very LITTLE about what the events on 9/11. It was just random facts about the mall and Hal's own life. The tour was informative when we reached the two memorial pools - this was extremely interesting. Hal clearly knew what he was talking about but myself and my friends just thought there was too much pointless info provided. Not worth the money (perhaps a different tour guide would have made the experience better)

We are happy that the guests thought Hal's information was extremely interesting regarding the events of the day and the information about the memorial grounds, so we are surprised that they would give a 2 star review. The Mall they are referring to is the Oculus, which is the large transit hub built on the memorial grounds. It is an incredible architectural achievement built after the attacks. Surly the guest must realize that there is much more to talk about now that just the events of 9/11 which occurred almost 20 years ago. Lower Manhattan has been transformed and discussing the transformation is uplifting. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. Seems Hal was right on point laying out the details of 9/11 and also taking about the positives.

Our tour guide Hal was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was able to share personal stories with us as well. I recommend this tour to everyone and hope that you get Hal as your tour guide. You won't be disappointed!!!
