Our guide was good, not great. I felt he could have been a little more compassionate. We loved the museum and the museum tour we purchased inside the museum.

This tour was so well put together. Sean, our guide, sis a wonderful job of keeping a good pace, answering questions, and allowing the group to process what they were hearing. He retold the stories of the attack and the heros of that day in a way that really helps those on the tour see another, deeper side of 9/11.

I did not expect the tour to be as good as it was. Dana is a fantastic guide. She is a born & bred New Yorker. She had this incredible depth of knowledge - times, heights, measurements. She covered all aspects of 9/11 and also shared her very personal story of 9/11 that gave me a greater understanding of the challenges for both her family & New York City that followed the tragedy. I definitely recommend this tour.
