• Tickets for One World Observatory allowing entry during opening hours on your scheduled tour date will be emailed to you from [email protected] the day before your scheduled visit.

• If you cannot find the email with your OWO tickets by 2pm the day before you are scheduled to visit, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM

Purchase tickets online before arriving. We avoided a long line as a result. Allow enough time to see all exhibits. Many video/short films throughout exhibits which you will want to watch. Highly recommend.

The tour operator sent incorrect tickets . We could not enter and caused us to miss the rest of the tour pkg. very rude on the phone and said NO REFUND

Very sobering tribute. My granddaughter is 18. Not born when this happened. She was in complete awe and devastation. The outside gardens, reflecting pools and grounds are beautiful. Inside is a display of items and artifacts recovered. As well as phone messages from those trapped. We were in the memorial about 3 hours. So much to see. Well worth admission.
