Purchase tickets online before arriving. We avoided a long line as a result. Allow enough time to see all exhibits. Many video/short films throughout exhibits which you will want to watch. Highly recommend.

The tour operator sent incorrect tickets . We could not enter and caused us to miss the rest of the tour pkg. very rude on the phone and said NO REFUND

Very sobering tribute. My granddaughter is 18. Not born when this happened. She was in complete awe and devastation. The outside gardens, reflecting pools and grounds are beautiful. Inside is a display of items and artifacts recovered. As well as phone messages from those trapped. We were in the memorial about 3 hours. So much to see. Well worth admission.
