Helmets - You can choose the style of helmet you wish to use. You can use a full face helmet or you can use a traditional bicycle helmet. We are the only bicycle tour business that offers both styles.

Fresh, Local Coffee

We will have jackets, pants and gloves for you to use if you would like to borrow some for the excursion.

We do not have soda or pop, but we do have gatorade and bottled water at no extra cost.

Air-conditioned vehicle

Bicycle - We provide you with the safest bicycle possible for this excursion.

This was our 2nd trip with Billy, the first being about 6 years ago. We returned to Maui January 2020 and I was happy to see Maui Easy Riders still offering bike tours. Billy and Tim do a great job, ensuring maximum safety with a lead rider and van following the last rider to block traffic if necessary. They mix in some interesting stops on the way down. We had a blast. Highly recommend!!

Just amazing! Having always wanted to bike ride down Haleakala, my wife and I researched all the tour operators. Maui Easy Riders kept coming out on top. My wife was very concerned about the ride as she has back difficulties so she called and spoke to Billy (the owner). Hey how often does the owner answer the phone, let alone take all the time my wife needed to answer all her concerns about the ride. Their equipment is designed to not only keep the rider safe, but make you feel as comfortable as possible. We weren't disappointed. There were four of us, my wife, myself and our two adult daughters. We meet Billy and Timm in Pa'ia where we were joined by another couple from Portland. after introductions off we went up the volcano. On the way up moving above the clouds we could see a rainbow develop out in front. How cool is that. It was definitely a sign of things to come. Billy supplies everything you could need for the ride from helmets, gloves, rain gear if needed (albeit briefly) and water. Safety is always of primary concern and they have that covered too. Billy and Timm took turns, one riding in front and the other following in the support van keeping cars at bay behind. The views were spectacular and riding through the eucalyptus forest was incredible. We hit speeds of 30 mph in sections, but never felt concerned. There were a couple of stops along the way and a few surprises (you'll just have to book a ride to find out about them). Couldn't have asked for more. Great guys, great time, can't recommend them highly enough!

I am so glad that you chose us after doing all of your research, I know there are so many bike tour businesses to choose from, we really do strive to make our tour the best possible experience. I love being so directly involved with my business, being the only person who has ever answered the phone and the guide for The tours is the only way to be 100% accountable. Answering questions and giving a personal touch is what a tour company should specialize in, I am glad you guys appreciate it so much. Your daughters were super cool, talented and smart! Great job mom and dad! I wish I could take a trip to Australia for a visit, that would rule! Thanks so much for this review, it does so much for our business.
