This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

Aerick has first hand experience and knowledgeable about paranormal history and hauntings in St. Augustine. He’s been in the field nearly 20 years and is connected with several TV shows about real hauntings. Many ghost tours will fabricate stories, but Afterlife Tours provides an evidence-based storyline that aligns with real timelines in history. Aerick’s approach is very straight forward and professional, which helps provide a realistic approach for the skeptics. We saw photos and heard EVP in each location during the tour which helped us to visualize the eerie world that lies just beyond the veil of the afterlife. I may have just caught a pirate on camera when we toured the fort. Thanks Aerick!

My husband and I love St. Augustine, the paranormal and history So when I saw Afterlife ghost tours I booked. We've been on several ghost tours in St. Augustine all of them have the traditional theatrical tour guides ie gravedigger etc. They tell the same old tired stories. More dramatic than truthful. Afterlife was different. Our guide was extremely well versed, in the history of St. Augustine and the buildings on the tour. He presented clear EVP's and photographic evidence collected from each site. They were off the beaten path buildings with a rich history in paranormal that I'd never seen or heard about. We have been collecting EVP's ourselves for decades. This was the first tour where they let you listen to them from their recordings collected from investigations. We greatly appreciated our guides knowledge of St. Augustine, it's hauntings and inhabitants. They take their tours from more of a real scientific and authentic historical standpoint. Rather than the silly hokey try to scare you usual ghost tour. Our guide was respectful of the fact that there are buildings on their tour that are operating as a business and kept a respectful distance while providing the history of the haunting, and data collected. So if you're looking for a ghost tour with authenticity, free of silly costumes, and over exaggerations. then this is the tour for you.
