You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and experienced in the field of ghost sighting in St. Augustine. Took his time and explained in great detail of events, and had some electronic images and sounds that made the tour more authentic. I would highly recommend this tour over others.

Great Ghost tour which is different then any other we have been on. The Tour guide has done actual paranormal investigations of the sites you stop at. This makes the stories real and puts them into context. No made up tales on this tour. The guide also will play recordings from investigations and pictures which back up each sites explanation. Definitely makes the tour authentic and makes you think. They have another tour up in Savannah which we will be taking.

My mother and I had a wonderful, accommodating, historically informative and evidence-based tour. This tour will be featured this Summer on the Travel channel and the Discovery channel. Other tours sensationalize, this one will tell you of them and then provide the truth. All ages and places welcome. Our tour guide was amazing!
