We booked the 8pm tour of Savannah on a misty spooky night. Ryan was our guide and we were the only ones on the tour. He provided an excellent walking tour of a number of the famous haunted sights in the historic district. He was also easy to interact with and made for a 'spooky' evening. We enjoyed the walking and the stop into a local pub to grab a drink to take on the tour.

I wanted to do something different while visiting St. Augustine for the first time. I found this tour informative about the history of the city but very dull. It wasn't very well organized. During the tour it was hard to hear the guide. I felt it was overpriced. I was very disappointed.

We have offered a full refund, as well as free tickets to attend one of our overnight investigations as an apology for you not enjoying our tour. We have done this several times over the last month and a half without so much as a response from you. As far as the comments that the tour was dull, we strive extremely hard to provide 100% historically factual stories that are backed up by real paranormal evidence that our research team has captured that is featured on every stop. Unlike many of our competitors, we choose to tell only true stories on our tour. As far as the comment that it wasn't well organized, you didn't elaborate, and what you meant by that comment is unclear. Our booking process is very simple, and our tour meeting spot is very easy to find. Our check in process is very easy. We even email as well as text you every bit of this information as soon as you book your tour. All of our stops are listed on our website, so it seems that everything is as organized as can be. Once again, we apologize that you did not enjoy our tour, but we did everything we could on our end to provide you with the best quality tour possible. When you didn't enjoy that, we have reached out multiple times to fully refund your tour as well as try and make everything right, with no response from you. Aeryck was an amazing tour guide! My husband and were the only people who booked the 8pm tour. Rather than cancel on us, he walked us around town and gave us our own private tour! He is very knowledgeable about St. Augustine and its history. He provided real, verifiable facts about the people and occurrences that he referred to. And shared some of his own personal experiences. The evidence of paranormal activity that he shared with us, such as pictures, video, and EVP recordings were authentic. We were very impressed with Aeryck's level of professionalism and would definitely recommend this tour! Thanks for a wonderful experience, Aeryck!
