This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

Highly over priced for a lame history lesson. Nothing scary or ghostly just talk. For $25 per adult I thought it would be something to remember and recommend to others. If you are a Ghost Adventures fan you will be very disappointed! Zac is way more educational than this over priced joke.

Bill was amazing!! My husband and his family have been coming to St Augustine since he was little and my first visit to this part of Florida so he and his family said a haunted tour was a MUST! We researched all day before deciding on this tour and we were all so extremely happy with our experience! It was a blast! We did have our 11 month old daughter with us (thinking she’d sleep in her stroller since we were starting the tour at her bedtime…she did not sleep at all lol) but Bill was great with her!! Some of us were for sure skeptics, and although we didn’t specifically see any ghosts, bill made the tour just as much about the history and facts behind the sites on the tour which we loved! We had passed a few other tours from other companies during ours As well and were so thankful we chose afterlife tours and had Bill bc hearing the other guides sounded very scripted and too acted out, whereas Bill was very real and to the point while also having a great sense of humor and keeping us all interested and thoroughly entertained! Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone!!!
