This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

My favorite part was the historical knowledge of the Guide with his relationship to the Savanah Ghost society and as a local archeologist. This is a mix of historic accounts, ghost stories and video/audio, EVA. Be prepared to walk and visit some historical sites! Our Guide was knowledgeable with a background in ghost hunting and archeology with local knowledge. Just to let you know, the Guide was 45 minutes late due to an accident. When we called to inquire where his whereabouts were, he unfortunately was in an accident and was in his way. They gave us the tour for free and refunded our money. The tour was lengthy and would have been worth the money we paid. I was very satisfied with the service. Be prepared to see the sights of the town with historical accounts and also recent accounts of hauntings. You'll get a taste of the Town in one night! I highly recommend this tour and is ok for families. Be prepared to walk and in winter wear your warm coat along the water. Will you sleep that night????? Who knows?????

Fun and spooky tour with a knowledgeable guide who knew all about the history of the sites we visited. We brought our dog along and he enjoyed the tour as well. Would highly recommend.
