This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

Highly recommend this tour because: 1. Bill is a great guide who knows his history, answers any questions and provides paranormal evidence such as videos and EVPs of the sites we visited. Some of the evidence is even exclusive to his tour as part of the Savannah Ghost Research Society. 2. Bill’s love of suspense building and jokes kept the evening fun and not just a history lesson. 3. The tour group was limited to 15. (We saw other huge groups that had people wandering around uninterested or unable to hear their guide.) 4. Prices were reasonable for an hour and a half tour. 5. I use a mobility scooter and was able to access the entire tour. 6. No spoilers but you will be surprised to learn what is underfoot in this charming city.

Bill taking us to places not normally on the tour. Really enjoyed it and would do it again or recommend it.

It was a good tour but 30 people is way to many. Had hard time hearing many times. I would probably search for a smaller group if I were to do it again.
