Very friendly and courteous staff. The moment we got off the plane, I was called and they said we would be met by baggage and he was in a red shirt. He escorted us to our shuttle van and to meet the driver. Great experience to motel and back.

Our plane landed at 9:15 PM on schedule We collected our bags and arrived at the pick up spot at 9:45 but there was no transport or no contact from the company. We rang the company who confirmed the booking at 10:15 and they said a van would be there in a few minutes The car arrived at 10:40 an hour after we should have been collected.
