Driver talkative and shared treats with us on our early morning trip to airport , even greeted us with an umbrella since the rain was pouring down so we got to the van with out getting wet

Getting to the pickup point was a nightmare. I saw two other VIP vans and the drivers WOULD NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I think the driver I had was having a bad day. Van was clean and nice. Communications was great with those that called me to see where I was.

I sent emails as directed for pickup information. No answer. After finding the name of provider, I called. Leaving Tuesday and have no info about pick up. Poor follow up.
