The drivers were outstanding! Customer service not so much. Both toll free and local agents don’t take the time to read and will give you misinformation. When I called to reconfirm my booking. They would tell me I didn’t have a reservation with them. I paid for 25 people for an airport to hotel shuttle. We will be there tommorow and saying I don’t have a booking.( my heart dropped) Finally got that corrected. We are now ready to return home , Called the night before and was told I was good to go. When we arrived at the airport in Hawaii. The lady told me they had only one van for 13 people. That the other van was cancelled . Here we go again. She called me back and told the pick up location. I asked if the other van had arrived. She was rude and said just go to a certain area for pick up. I said, ma’am I’m asking if you have the 2nd van too. She was so rude and said don’t worry about it just go to your area for pick up. She had gotten it wrong. They sent 1 van but it held 25 people. She rather be rude than to say I apologize, I made a mistake… I didn’t feel at ease with them. It was always a fight to prove I had reservation with them So please travelers stay on top of your reservation with them. It’s a bad feeling knowing you’ve booked and paid for reservations only to be told you don’t have one. Especially, when you’re trying to get to the airport and can’t stand a chance of missing your flight
