In January I bought two outward journeys from the company Gettransfer.com on February 1 for the Paris-Nord journey to Orly Airport, when we arrived at the station there was no driver, we called him multiple times but he told us said he couldn't come, so we had to make do. On our return on February 17, we had an appointment at Orly at 10:00 a.m., no driver, I tried again the only telephone number I have, that of the first driver, no answer, so to new way to get our train back. It seems that a driver sent me an email at 11:39 a.m. to tell me that he was there but I don't have internet on my phone, however he has my number and could have called me directly . I reported these issues to GetTransfer.com who no longer even responds to my emails. It cost me €106.30 for nothing.
