We faithfully fulfilled all requirements and payments, before travelling, for a return 'shuttle' from Honolulu Airport to Waikiki. No-one was there to pick us up. We had to call for directions, redo flight info, and wait outside the airport for 20 minutes before our guaranteed ride arrived.

Waiting when I got there, only had to wait for other people who didn't show. Easy would recommend will use again

Got to the baggage claim area and there was a woman there waiting for us. She walked us out to where a van then came and picked us up and took us to our hotel. She and the driver were very friendly. So much less stress to not have to look for a taxi and wonder what the cost would be. Everything was booked and paid for up front. Already have them booked for our return to the airport.
