I needed to cancel due to Covid and was not given a refund. But the refunded all my other trips. Will not book with them again.

Hi Enrique, I am sorry that you couldn't come. I hear you that someone in your group had the Covid but we were waiting with all the group in the morning to go and you didn't tell us until we called you. You took seats while other people or families wanted to go on the tour but you didn't inform us in advance to arrange that. I am sorry that you think this way but think about the other people waiting for you to go and other people who wanted to go but couldn't because you didn't tell us in advance.

A very nice tour. Robert was an excellent guide with a great personality. Muir Woods is beautiful and the trails are easy to walk. Alcatraz was enjoyable with a lot of information. Sausalito was nice place to relax and grab a bite to eat.

While the driving was fine, there was nothing about this that made it a “tour.” All this was was transporting us from one place to another. In addition, there were several different “tours” among the 11 people in the van. This led to further confusion as to who got what paid for. Clearly it says something that 4 of 11 people opted to take the ferry back at their own cost after the second stop.

dear Felman thank you for your review. I am sorry that you felt this way. After investigation it seems that you were talking the whole time with the person you were traveling with and maybe that's why you missed those informations. It is the same tour for everyone in the van. Some had the option to go to Alcatraz like you and others didn't and for them, they had the option to stay longer in Sausalito and take a ferry back or come back to the departure point. Also I am not sure to understand why you want to know who paid what or do what. This is clearly unexpected.
