We're located just a few minutes walk to the magnificent La Jolla Cove. Which is a protected marine wildlife preserve, steaming with aquatic life and lush vegetation. We provide functional sanitary and quality equipment, our r&d has been done through years of testing in the a Jolla type of topography. Our gear is specially engineered to last for these this area with the coarse thick sand and cliff reefs. We care about our customers so created a VR video tour of the cove to guide and navigate the cove & caves. Guests can leave their gear in our complimentary lockers so they can have a carefree experience in the water

On trip advisor it stated “departure time” was from 9am - 7pm, we got there at 5pm and were told it was closed. I requested a refund and I still have been charged the $60 for something I did not get to do.

Hi Taylor, I apologize we were not able to provide service, I will have to adjust our hours according to the time of year/sun. That is our fault and I will vouch for a full refund for your experience. Unfortunately we can't do that on our end, but you're able to so on yours. Please request and refund and we will 100% vouch for you. explaination: Normally before daylight savings we do not allow our guests to go past sundown due to visibility and lack of safety personnel during that time. During the "winter" months it typically gets dark around 6 or even earlier. We will need to adjust our hours accordingly. Thank you for your feedback, it helps improve both relationships.

The package was worth the price and service was great although they mentioned three spots that you can snorkel and unless you want to swim 10-15 to get to them you can’t by foot. We really wanted to snorkel in the Jolla caves but there was no access by foot. There is a store to go into to access the cave and they were extremely rude when we told them it was part of our package to go down to the caves. So when you purchase the package make sure you clarify what three spots are included and how to access it. Otherwise worth the money the one spot we had with the sea otter was perfect for our family but wished we could’ve seen the caves
