This is a private 1.5 hour tour of our alpaca ranch and fiber processing mill. You will hand feed and interact with some friendly alpacas, have a chance to pet them, pose for selfies and ask questions while learning all about these eco-friendly and adorable animals. Your guide will then take you to the working fiber processing mill where you will learn about the machines and how they turn raw alpaca fiber into luxurious products. See finished items in our 'Paca Place Market boutique, where you can purchase alpaca themed souvenirs and items made right here in our mill.

Very fun! We fed the alpacas, visited the barn with the sweet smelling hay, learned a lot about alpacas! Then, we went to the fiber mill, and the store!! Loved all of it! Our little granddaughter loved the animals too! We even saw some baby chicks!! Oh, the big white Pyrenees dogs are sweet too!!

We enjoyed every single minute of our alpaca interactions and the lovely people who are so passionate and knowledgeable about these beautiful animals and their life’s work of caring for them. The complexity of the work to care for these sweet and gentle creatures, and to create such beautiful products astounded us. The mill tour was fascinating, and we learned so much and have a new appreciation for the amount of expertise, equipment, and talent needed to produce these handcrafted products.

What a fun and surprising introduction to alpacas—lots of caring and honoring by the wonderful owners of this farm. My heart melted listening to the babies “hum” and having a chance to pet these beautiful creatures. The wool treating room was a brand-new experience—had no idea of the processes, especially the felting. I will be returning with other friends and family. Thanks to everyone who made this a great day.
