We wanted to go to Girdwood and to Alyeska Resort and up the tram to the top of the mountain. Girdwood Express arranged for us to ride along with a tour group, to be dropped off in Girdwood, and where to catch the shuttle bus to the resort. It was cloudy and rainy so we decided to not go up the tram, but to have a little lunch at the resort. Such a beautiful, elegant resort!! Then we retraced our steps and returned via shuttle bus to Girdwood where the Girdwood Express picked us up and returned us to Anchorage. Since we changed our plans, Girdwood Express called us to be sure we had returned safely to Anchorage. Great team!!!!

Great chance to get to the top of the mountain in the summer. We enjoyed our tour and hike. Tram was smooth.

Great trip. Our guide made a few extra stops. He turned around for us when a moose was spotted. And showed us an eagles nest with momma watching over her babies. The trip down was great. Our guide accommodated us when we asked for an earlier pickup. The tour and the guide, Chris, were great.
