Tour guide was pleasant and very friendly. Want to give a higher score, but the overall tour lacked depth. Tour guide seemed to be a novice and lacked necessary details about the tour. Strongly recommend Ben, the tour owner, conduct the tours and/or provide additional training to the other tour guides. More information on Native history and culture is essential.

Thank you. I am Ben also know as Martin the owner. I am Alaska Native and unfortunately I can't be on every tour. I try to hire guides and teach them Native history but they are not as enthusiastic as I am about my culture. I am always on the look out for Native drivers unfortunately I have yet to find one that know their culture. Might be because of the way Native were told assimilate when Congress signed the assimilation act year ago. This act was designed to ensure Natives assimilate into the non native community and to make sure that their heritage, culture and language die.

Good people, personalized service. Because of the Covid, the hospital visit (contains native arts) was replaced with flat top mountain, which was amazing, nevertheless.
