I will not book any tour from Marvit Tours. My trip was ruined completely. Their pick up location was not clearly stated. The driver and the operator were not helpful. We are very upset.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. However, we want to clarify that we sent you both a message and an email, and we also spoke with you the day before the tour to confirm the pickup location at the Aria Hotel. On the day of the tour, our records show that both our driver and I attempted to contact you 10 times, but your phone was off. You called us at 5:20 AM, while your scheduled pickup time was 4:50 AM. Unfortunately, by that time, the tour was already in progress, making it impossible to return. We always strive to provide clear communication and the best experience for our guests. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

I called my assigned driver 15 minutes before my pickup time to cancel (in emergency room) did not expect refund. The driver told me I was NOT on his list to be picked up!!! He doubled checked his list, and said he did not have my hotel listed on the stop list. I reached out to the company for an explanation…and it seems they have ghosted me.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding your pickup. To clarify, you were indeed on the driver’s list, but as this was a new Driver there was some initial confusion. We regret any frustration this may have caused. Additionally, we want to assure you that we are not ignoring you. We did not receive any email or phone call from you yesterday regarding this issue. However, we reached out to you today via both phone and text message to address your concerns. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Your experience is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve any misunderstandings.
