This is absolutely the best summit tour you can go on! The guides are so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable! They will take stunning photos for you on a great quality camera and they are definitely “instagram worthy”! The sunset was gorgeous and the stars were amazing! This tour is completely worth your time and money and this is hands down the best tour group to go with!

Mauna Kea summit tour by Hawaiian Eyes provided an informative and photo opportunity tour. Our tour guides Wesley and Mr. Aoki were so hospitable and provided us with jackets (and ski pants if people did not wear pants -which companies typically do not provide.) After we were picked up near the Island Gourmet Markets, we began our drive to the Mauna Kea Visitor Center and to get ourselves acclimated since we are going to such a high altitude. (I’d recommend to get some rest BEFORE you go on the trip so you don’t fall asleep on the ride up. At the top of the summit oxygen levels are 40% less than at sea level. ) Wes and Mr. Aoki were took great care to make sure we were warm, fed with our dinner sandwiches and bottled water and hot chocolate before stargazing. They also make a special effort to assist us in taking great photos of us with our cameras and their own for no extra charge. Thanks Wes and Mr. Aoki for a memorable tour!

Our tour guides were amazing! Wes and Oaki made the experience perfect. They were incredibly knowledgable, friendly and took unbelievable photos!
