They had us change bus two times, didn’t take us back to where we got on. Didn’t annoy e things like Brooklyn bridge and Statue of Liberty . I do not recommend this company.

The bus, the tour, the ear buds and the locations were absolutely amazing!! We had the very best time. I was traveling with my son who uses a power wheelchair to get around. We transferred on/off about 7 buses. Out of all of these buses, there was just one bus that was unable to accommodate us because the ramp on the the bus was broke. I actually think the person who was driving the bus didn't know how to use it or was too lazy to pull up the lift that is at the side door. Other than that, we had NO problems with transferring on/off the bus in his chair. The ramps worked great. The drivers were helpful and the locations were perfect stops!! There was a nice space for the wheelchair on the bus and it had a plug for the earbuds so he could hear the tour. I do wish I could have sat a little closer to him so I could pointed out stuff, but it was fine. We had a blast and I thank you!
