We travelled from dublin to newyork we had a problem with our Internet and couldn't produce our tickets and wonda couldn't have helped us more she put us at ease straight away and sorted our tickets thank u so much wonda we had the best time

Bus and headphones are perfect. The content of the pre recorded tour is pitiful. 2 idiots trying to be funny. Very little on historic facts for a sightseeing tour with the exception of the 9/11 part which described it perfectly. Still talking about Covid 19 saying “we can beat this together”!! You go by plenty of attractions such as the USS Intrepid….not even mentioned.

I’ve done big bus tours in multiple cities, and I’ve done nyc tour as well. It has changed!! Let’s begin with my husband buying a 3-day ticket online, getting receipt, losing it on second day and even though he had a QR code, the employees just sorta shrugged and said we were SOL. Obviously I threw a fit bc we paid for it, and have QR code and receipt. Second, nothing is on time or efficient. They give you headphones to listen but it’s NOTHING like the live commentary they used to have. These tours suck now. Use Google maps and take the subway and don’t look back!
