Alcatraz trip was excellent! Bus tours was great too and convenient to see all the sights and get off and on throughout two days!

I had a 48 hour hop on hop off pass. It started 12:30 pm on Friday and expired 6:00 pm on Saturday. I should receive a refund for the stolen 3 hours.
