We were very disappointed with the service. The first day was not great. We used the bus to get from Arlington cemetery to the national mall. We waited about 25 minutes for the bus and got off at the WWII memorial. Then we waited over 45 minutes for the next bus. The second day was worse we waited almost an hour in front of the national history museum and no bus ever came. We ended up taking a cab to the Capital. Overall were able to use the bus 5 times in two days. Huge, huge waste of money. The tour guide said the buses come around every 15 minutes. Our experience was more like every hour. I found the cabs to be not horribly expensive certainly more convenient and if you plan carefully probably near the price we paid. I will NOT use them again.

We didn’t get to take the tour because we were told that Union Station was the pick up area for the bus. We waited for an hour and found out it hasn’t been a pick up spot since Covid began. Also asked for a refund from their negligence and was denied. What a way to run a business.

Terrible! Waited 40 minutes in the rain the catch the bus. Then standing room only. It was cold and rainy, some people were asked to sit upstairs outside. We were on the bus for 2 hrs. and never got off. Too crowded. Then finally got a good seat, and asked to leave the bus (end of the line) once we got back n a new bus, it had wrap around advertisement on it and couldn’t hardly see thru the windows. Only positive was the commentary about history in the town.
