The bus takes forever. It’s standing in the stops longer than that it drives. They said a round is 1,5 hour. I’m in the bus for over 1,5 hour and only did half the route.

Called to find out where to go to meet the bud - the first CS person barely spoke English and told us to go to one location - when we got there, still didn’t know where to go so called again - this time another CS person told us we were in the wrong location and needed to walk thirty minutes to the right location - we gave up and lost our reservation and fee. Horrible experience, would never recommend to friends or family.

Dirty, slow, noisy and earbuds in one bus didn’t work. Staff was pleasant. Not sure why u need to give 100 characters to give a review
