Unacceptable!! Badly organized. The narration is poor and is not synchronized with the sightseeing. Indifferent personnel.

This company seems to employ half of DC from all the support personnel. Unfortunately, all their efforts are directed at selling more tickets. The recorded audio tour was extremely disappointing and basic. My kids got more information from their Pokémon go app. It was hard to follow and was sometimes off sync. For the price of the tickets and the number of workers you think they could have a live tour guide. Also the busses don't come as often as we were led to believe. We hopped on at the Smithsonian and when it comes to stop one the driver turns the bus off and leaves. The pre recorded audio tour tells us to transfer to the bus in front.... there is no bus in front. Most of us sat there wondering what was going on. None of the 6 people outside relayed any info. Finally after asking we were told that we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the next bus to continue. So this isn't a true continuous loop run? I've been on other bus tours but this one was overpriced and horribly disappointing. Save your money and use another company. I can't even say it was worth the travel around because an uber would have cost less for the four of us and been faster.
