If you want to get on the bus and see the sights, this is a great way to do that, BUT the hop on hop off part is very frustrating. We waited on the bus twice for around 45 min, time that could have been spent doing something else. Also, the free earbuds shocked me in the ear. After the 2nd time of getting a painful shock, I threw them away.

Imjunebug, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. On Saturday 03.18.23, Service was suspended until 11:30am due to additional road closures for the Rock N Roll Marathon. Once service resumed, we operated on 15-minute frequency. I'm unsure why there was an incident with your earbuds, but I will investigate. It was not easy finding the actual place where to get on the bus at first You give no information about how to get on the bus to begin your tour. Actual address would be great
