Participants must weigh between 70 and 270 lbs (32 and 122 kg). GUESTS WILL BE WEIGHED AT CHECK-IN and will NOT be refunded if they don't meet the weight requirement.
Minor children require a parent or guardian to sign their participation agreements, and children between the ages of 8 and 13 require an adult to zipline with them
Must be able to walk over uneven terrain and make short climbs
Not recommended for those with back or neck problems or who may be pregnant
Guests should wear closed-toe walking shoes, bring or wear a bathing suit, and bring a light layer or sweatshirt
A maximum number of 9 people per van

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day ziplining and swimming under the waterfall. Our guides Decker and Curtis were so knowledgeable about the whole area, and gave us an excellent information about the history of the area, and the plant life we saw. They were also very safety conscious! We enjoyed the fact that safety was the #1 priority for everyone in the group! Decker and Curtis also communicated well and did so with a great sense of humor. The spot we stopped for lunch was worth the price of admission alone! And our lunch was more than adequate with delicious sandwiches, cookie and drinks provided. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the Bug Island! My husband and I are 65 and 58 and we managed the day well. Thank you to our guides and this beautiful island for a day we will never forget!

Such an incredible time. Weather was perfect, trees were swaying, and we were zipping. Felt extremely safe the whole time. Dane was an incredible guide, very knowledgeable and helpful. They took pictures throughout and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg to buy them :). My mother in law (age 73) even did this despite being scared of heights and thanked us afterwards for convincing her to go and said she would do it again. The view at lunch was amazing and the waterfalls was incredible and refreshing :). Note the roads are bumpy so plan accordingly if you get nauseous in cars.

This was so much fun! Our kids push us (a little) to keep doing adventures and this was definitely an adventure, Decker & Eli were great guides and all about keeping us safe. I don't have a lot of upper body strength and Decker taught me a way to slow down coming in to the platform. The zips were exhilarating & the bridges scary but safe. We also repelled down to the ground. The view for our picnic was beautiful and swimming under the waterfalls was so fun. This company definitely has it all together!
