Bikes were very well maintained. Good quality also. Tour was really great. It left me with a feel for the history of the city and its current state. Guide Sarah did a great job creating an engaging narrative.

Our first bike tour. Wife's first bike ride in 40 years. It was a delightful experience. Guide, Sarah, was very informative and capable at leading the group through the streets, bridges, trails, and neighborhoods. Easy pace, fine equipment, great morning.

Unfortunately we were rained out so did not go. But they were great to deal with. They did not in any way press us to go and promptly processed our refund. Of course it cleared up and we might have been OK, but it is so great to deal with a company who understands customer service!
