If there’s a person needing accessible transport make extra sure it’s TRUE; my group of 3 got left at the curb at 6:30 am pick up time because there was NO access for one person in group in wheelchair who needed transportation (company couldn’t offer transportation after it was verified and agreed that one person was in a wheelchair & I was assured person could be transported; I clearly informed Viator even prior to booking of tour)

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I want to sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience your group had during the tour pickup. I understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been, especially after you had communicated your needs. Upon reviewing the situation, it appears there was an issue in us being properly notified about the ADA requirements for your booking. While this is not an excuse, I want to assure you that we have since addressed the issue we discussed regarding the notification process to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate having had the chance to speak with you directly about your experience. Your input has been invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity in the future to show you what excellent service truly looks like. Your feedback helps us grow, and we are committed to making improvements to better serve all our guests. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at +1 866 426 2336, or my personal email, if you have any further concerns or suggestions. Warm regards, Roie Empire Vacations

The tour guide was very informative and polite. During leisure time, the tour guide would give us suggestions where to eat. The trip was very organized and Brian, the tour guide made sure that everything ran smoothly. I enjoyed this trip, but I was disappointed with the bus because it was uncomfortable I felt all the potholes on the road..
