We enjoyed our tour with Tour Guide Jessie, she perfectly give us a sumptous information about the history of Brooklyn and we really love that. Also, experiencing the dumb tour was awesome, it was perfectly good. Greetings from Philippines

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Brooklyn with Angelo! I especially appreciated his excellent story telling abilities, making history of this area and the bridge come alive. Brooklyn Heights is a very interesting and pleasant place, with a mix of historic buildings from Dutch colonial times and later Brownstone architecture on tree lined streets. Angelo led us to awesome views of Manhattan along the promenade, then halfway across the Brooklyn Bridge and through the noisy but lively community of DUMBO. He will take your photo, if requested, with enthusiasm. The tour was peppered with many tasty food stops, which included sample portions of a breakfast sandwich, fried pickles, fresh bagels, empañadas, pizza, chocolate, ice cream and more.

Terrible service. We were running late and tried to reach out to both the tour operator directly and Viagor and no kne responded amd we missed it when we could have met up with them easily

Rashid, Profound apologies that you had this experience and also, so sorry for the delay in the response. I am in touch with our customer service team to get to the bottom of why this happened. It seems you were issued a refund and we do know this is not an enjoyable experience to have when on vacation.
