The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

We were on holiday from the UK with our 16 year old son who had just finished his exams and to celebrate had asked to go and ride rollercoasters in Florida. We pre-booked park tickets for the Monday about two weeks beforehand. Unfortunately on the Sunday night/Monday morning my son came down with food poisoning so we stayed at the hotel. We emailed the park and phoned and couldn't get through or talk to a human being. On the Tuesday morning he felt better and we thought we'd take a chance by going to Busch and explaining what had happened. We got to the ticket booth and explained we were a day late and our tickets were 24 hours overdue and what had happened. The lady in the ticket booth called her manager over who smiled, took sympathy on us, said no problem, and swapped our tickets over for that day. Busch were quite within their rights to say your tickets aren't valid, you need to pay for new ones, but they did the right thing. So thank you to the ticket booth lady (I didn't get your name!). p.s. I wouldn't normally advise turning up to theme parks with out of date tickets...!

We visited with our family of 5 over the past weekend on 8/13/2022. It was amazing. We had a fantastic time and a huge shout-out to Jennifer at ticket windows who helped us with all of our difficult comments and concerns. We pre-purchased tickets online and were confused about how to use them. My husband is always on business so we figured we would take this time and visit Busch Gardens since neither one of us had been since we were kids. Jennifer was able to help us get our all-day dining worked out, also our safari wow what an experience yes it was on the pricey side but so worth the extra money. Thank you Busch gardens for giving us the chance to enjoy ourselves on a beautiful day.

The rides are fun but mainly catered to teens and adults. There aren’t many children rides. The restrooms were filthy throughout the park.

We sincerely apologize our park cleanliness did not meet the expectations you have come to expect form our park during this visit.
