This Segway operator had big-tires which made the tour more enjoyable and easy to figure out riding, no one in our group had ever rode before. Our guide Kelsie was awesome, he made sure we felt comfortable on the Segways before we ever left the parking lot. He told us so many cool things about Austin, I would highly recommend. Make sure to do this tour as early in your trip as possible. The best part of our trip was this tour.
