Rip off, twice as expensive, unsafe bikes use the citibikes!!!!!The company indirectly pay a group of men to hang around the citibike pay stations. There were 4 when I tried to read the citibike pricing, they sit on the bikes and intimidate you to cross the street to the companies reps. They aggressively pushed me away from the citibike pay point, covered up the instructions trying to say that's a double charge ect. And the company were far cheaper, flexible and guarranteed the lowest price. Now I appreciate they don't work for the company directly and don't claim to as they were just giving some free advice but they made sure the company reps knew the 'customer' had come from them. The citibikes are, cheaper, better quality, far more flexible and convinient. In fact all the bikes I saw including ours had absolutely no trend left on the tires them they should be band for that safety issue alone, it's an accident waiting to happen. You're essentially paying twice the price to employ some scum to trick you. Citibikes would of been $32 this joke of a company was $54 and if you compare price with a basket which citibikes does it would be $62.

I rented a bike for my young son, the pedals fell off the bike TWICE and hit him on the leg. We had to walk the bike back to the shop the length of Central Park. The company did not offer an apology or refund (we booked the bikes for all day), "all sales are final". Dangerous, old bikes that are not well maintained and poor customer service!
