The good - easy to get out and in. The not good - Out of eight bikes, one was stuck between gears, one had the chain pop off multiple times, one would squeak obnoxiously for an unknown reason. In addition, I accidentally booked the one hour length online when I meant to book the four hour. Immediately tried to contact and they said they usually respond to emails in one hour. The next morning someone got back with me and told me that if I would book the correct time, they’d refund me for the incorrect purchase. However, after I booked the correct time, was told I could not get a full refund because it had been 24-hours since originally booking. Didn’t make sense to me because while I reached out immediately, it took over 24 hours for someone to tell me what I was supposed to do and then they said because it took over 24 hours that I had to pay. Seemed sketchy. The experience of biking in Central Park was awesome! Especially since I had a bike with no issues :)

Friendly service from Volkan. I would recommend more than an hour rental unless you really want to just ride the bike through the entire park without stopping. I stopped off at several spots to take pictures, and barely made it back in time. I only made it halfway through the park, up to the castle. The kiddie trailer was great for my 6 y.o. boy, who would have complained the entire time if he had to bike himself.

The Trek bike with gears was excellent and the customer service was flawless. My only - tiny - issue is location. The shop is three blocks from Central Park, where I wanted to ride, so slightly inconvenient.
