Our chofer Kevin was very friendly. It was an amazing experience. The views from the horse carriage are picture perfect. Great service!

We had a bit of difficulty identifying our driver as no name was given with our confirmation and there were a dozen different drivers there. A sign or the name of the driver would have been helpful. However, the driver was fantastic, and once we were on our way, we had a lovely experience.

Our guide got in a fight cussing a biker out and ran to fight him in the middle of our tour, leaving us on carriage. We were fine, but that’s not a good customer experience. I just don’t feel right giving this a good review. The rest of the tour was fine, and we did enjoy seeing Central Park.
