Our Guide did not take into account that we had an Audio-Guide (Voicemap app) and did not start the tour at the intended place, as the Audio-Guide is based on GPS position it was impossible for us to start the app and had to follow the tour in English!! After informing our Guide, she simply pointed out that she did not know that people had audio guides and that the tour had started a hundred meters away! It seems to us that it is the least of things to inquire about this with customers!! This makes this visit a very bad memory and a pitiful experience. Guide not up to his job

DISASTROUS customer service and FRAUDSTERS, booked to do the Tour of film locations in central park at 12, we were 45 minutes looking for the guide with confusing directions they send in an email and finally at 12:30 I sent them an email because there was no phone, they replied that I should have been 15 minutes earlier at the meeting point and that they will charge me the Tour, without giving me any other solution, but they did not know that with the Revolut card you can leave the account without funds, when they passed me the charge could not do and immediately blocked them,.

The visit was superb! I could see several places where my favorite movies were shot Our Guide Laura was very friendly and taught us lots of interesting facts about the places we visited!
