The tour was also nice, shame the surprise after A YEAR AND A HALF. They charged us for a tour claiming we didn't show up. Except it's fake because we had the New York card and we did 2 tours, but it's impossible to prove otherwise after so long. Customer service does not listen and bullies you, certainly entrusted to inexperienced young people. So be careful giving out your credit card. They keep your data for years and then suddenly charge you for a tour
