Emma our 930 tour guide was amazing!! She was telling the stories behind each stop along the tour as if they were written on cue cards.... lol.... Never missed a beat and she is very well spoken and quite knowledgeable. This tour actually goes into a graveyard which was pretty creepy.I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that would like to take a stroll through some of Charleston’s dark history. Awesome experience!!

Would have been a much better experience with a different guide. She had poor story telling skills and kept mixing up dates and names. There was very little flow and she seemed uncomfortable.

167tonyaw, We are very sorry your were disappointed in the experience. Tours are always made or broken by the tour guide. We are looking into what went wrong the night of your tour. We would also like the opportunity to make this right with you. Feel free to reach out to our Tour Guide Manager, Andrew Kuhn, at [email protected] to discuss further. Thanks for the feedback!

I would give the tour five stars but it was lackluster in a couple of ways. The company that does this tour is Bulldog tours and they had easily 8 groups of 8+ people each out at the same time as our tour viewing the same spots. The tour guides did their best to separate groups and stagger out viewing the attractions but it still felt crowded so it affected the spooky atmosphere. The story telling by the tour guide was great. I just wish fewer tours were out so it didn’t feel so crowded and hectic.
