Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

How patient Caleb was and he encouraged me to relax and just fly. Caleb was Awesome 😎 . Everyone was friendly , kind and enthusiastic about 2 older folks to check off another thing on their bucket list 😁

An excellent experience to get out your comfort zone if you’re afraid of flying the instructors are very great with helping you through your fears and they walk you through step by step in directing you using hand signals in the tunnel so you don’t injure yourself differently a 10 out of 10 really looking forward in going back!!!

We scheduled a birthday party for 4 girls. A week before another girl was invited to the party. My wife called every day of the week and left a message (since nobody answers the phone) asking if we could add a 5th girl. Since there was zero communication, we went to the party only to be rudely informed that they wouldn't accommodate a 5th (15-minute experience). As a result, my daughter DID NOT get to fly on her own party. I truly understand that schedules may not be able to be changed, and this is not the reason for the review. The worst part was that they didn't return 5 messages. If they would have least called back, we could have made other arrangements.
