The tour said it was going to go past Viscaya museum and Coconut Grove. It did not! The tour guide did not clearly tell us what would happen after the bus tour, we did not know where, or when to get the boat. Also, after the bus tour, you had about 45 minutes before you had to get on the boat. Not really enough time to eat lunch, though it was lunch time. We got off the boat at 4:06. . The tour guide had told us there would be a bus every hour on the half hour. 4:30 we waited and waited and waited, no bus. Finally called, they said there was no bus until 530. When they knew we would get off the boat at four, why would they not have a 430 bus? Or at least clearly tell us, so we knew what to expect when we got off the boat. We saw many Big Bus tour buses, definitely wish we had taken that company instead.

Tour Guide did his best to make sure the tour was great after delay with bus issue. Boat tour was great. Nice introduction to Miami.

We needed to fill a day on a short 2 night Miami stay and this tour surpassed expectations. It did get off to a delayed shaky start - a mix up with the ID stickers and which tour everyone was on - and also a shaky end (more later) but once it got going it was excellent. Our guide was a real character, chatting to passers by etc and very knowledgeable. We panicked at first as we didn't get the usual free earphones and thought it was going to be DIY, but the compere is all mic'd up over a PA and entertains throughout (wish i could remember his name). The ride takes you to all four districts of the Miami compass cross so you get a flavour of the whole city. After the bus trip the boat departs the marina and takes you round the bay to see all the rich and famous mansions. You then get the bus back to SOBE. Drop offs did cause some confusion as it only went along Washington Ave rather than Collins where we boarded, but it drops at each street so not too far to walk from anywhere really. A great bus tour.
