Hi - I went on a solo trip with this bus ride and it was a grat trip esp. given the low price of the ticket. I had been to Miami before but it was nice to do something different. The boat ride was my favorite part. I'd say just pay attention to the pick-up times and be sure to carry a little cash to give tips to the team. Everyone was very nice and funny.

The tour guides were very friendly and I was satisfied with everything until the boat tour. I was traveling with my mother, which is an old lady. The day was very sunny, thus to get her more comfortable, we had to go inside the boat to give her a fresher environment. Once we get inside the boat, there is an initial room with tables that had good enough AC but it was already full of people, then comes a second room with chairs and a nice view, but the AC was not working in it and it was quite hot. Somebody placed a fan there to try to mitigate the face that the AC was not working, but it didn't help much. We had to stay there the whole boat tour which made it less enjoyable. . However the air conditioning on the back of the boat was not working and the

Don’t go it was a waist of time, bus takes you to 4-5 shops to get you to buy expensive stuff in little Havana that they have a kickback or something with them Wales around more than an hour. Tour guy pointed out 5-6 buildings and gave minimal info on it Then takes you to the area for lunch and again to someone they have a deal with, expensive. Nice boat your 90% was spoken in Spanish and barely understood the name the houses belonged to. Lots of rude people on the boat your. Had 1 lady set on my stuff because she decided she needed to almost sit in my lap and I asked her to move nope she wouldn’t I told the crew and they did not care at all to do anything. Definitely don’t waste your time, I spent too much money on a half a.. tour. Got lots of city view pics with back of peoples head in the way
